The director of Administrative Technology is responsible for Siena's Administrative Technology Systems, including Jenzabar, CX (CARS), Jenzabar JX, MySiena, Cognos reporting, and document imaging and workflow with ImageNow. Major focuses are Financial Aid and Business Affairs. He supervises the Senior Programmer/Analyst, Programmer Analyst, and the Business Analyst/Programmer.

The Manager of Instructional Technology provides direction and support for Siena Heights University instructional classrooms, conference rooms, and auditorium sound and video systems in a manner that ensures maximum uptime and efficient operation. He anticipates future technological advances and the academic needs of the University community. He designs, installs, maintains, and oversees operation of associated audio/visual systems and equipment. He provides project management guidance for the Information Technology Services area projects; including construction, renovations, and major initiatives.

He is responsible for overall end-user support, including coordination, assistance, and training in the effective use of available software and hardware.

The Canvas Administrator/Instructional Technologist handles Canvas and Microsoft Teams questions and requests. They also handle instructional questions and work with faculty. They train faculty and staff in the use of technology and software.

The Network and Infrastructure Technician provides support for the planning and implementation of Windows and Linux based services, virtualization software, data storage, and unified communications systems in a manner that ensures uptime and efficient operation. He anticipates future technological advances and the academic needs of the University community. He coordinates with contracted service partners in planning, managing, monitoring, securing, and maintaining the University's wired and wireless communication networks.

The IT Support Desk Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of all public access computers that fall within the responsibility of the Division of Information Technology. She provides initial Support Desk call support and in collaboration with the Technical Support Manager provides front line support for Apple based computers and devices.
